Go-Green Events and RJ Rockers Brewery present the 2nd annual RJ RockersBrewery Beer-BBQ 5K Run/Walk . Run, jog, walk or crawl the 5K route through downtown Spartanburg and ending at the brewery, 226-A W. Main St., Spartanburg, S.C. 29302, where finishers will be plied with copious amounts of food, drink, music, door prizes and more. The event begins Saturday, June 25, at 7 p.m. At the finish, runners (over 21) will receive a free beer from RJ Rockers Brewery, BBQ from Tom's BBQ, water, and live music until 10 p.m. on the dock at the brewery. All runners/walkers will receive an "Official RJ Rockers Beer BBQ 5K" T-shirt and an "Official Beer BBQ 5K" beer mug as well as other goodies after the run, and a chance at numerous door prizes.

Are you ready for your fall season? Do you have some cross country races or even some road races that YOU are preparing for? Well, Greenville Running company is sponsoring the Ready For Fall? 5k coming soon on August 13th 2016. The race will be run at the Roger Milliken Arboretum in Spartanburg SC at 8 AM! The 10th annual Ready for Fall? 5K is also the RRCA National Cross Country Championships in 2016. This event is held on the cross country course at Milliken & Company's Arboretum, home to nearly a dozen previous national cross country championships.Traditionally, cross country teams and individuals use this event to gauge their training heading into the fall cross country and road-racing season. Others enjoy the option of running the all-grass course -- the exact course used for the annual Eye Opener Cross Country meet hosted each fall for high school and college cross country teams from across the Southeast.
This year we’re honored to be the Road Runners Club of America’s National Cross Country Championship. As such, this year the event will also be a TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP for RRCA Club Teams only.
