We have been running and coaching for longer than we might remember. Together, we have over 70 years of experience running at a competitive level. We have finished more than 40 marathons under 2:30, and coached many others to do the same; as well as break 3 hours and 4 hours for the marathon. We would like to offer you the chance to train with us. In our years of experience, we think we have learned some valuable lessons which can make you a better runner.
Our philosophy is to “Run For Fun and Personal Bests”. This doesn’t mean jog around and not care about performance. This means that running can and should be fun and if it is, you will have success. Running should be a rewarding experience, one that empowers your life.
The internet can bring many training schedules as close as your computer. But schedules are not coaching. It is easy to print up a schedule and attempt to follow it. It is another thing to have an advisor or coach who can explain and give you immediate, experienced, and positive constructive feedback.
