Individual Coaching Letter of Understanding
Coach Milliman Philosophy:
Our goal is to have fun and to achieve personal bests within a professional atmosphere that is mutually encouraging and rewarding. As runners, we will do our best to work together to create a synergy between and among our vocation (our jobs), our avocation (our running) and our daily lifestyles. We will have fun, feel the wind in our hair and become better runners.
If you, as a runner, can commit to this, then we can and will commit to you.
The coach athlete relationship will consist of:
Informational meeting. This meeting will take place before the first practice and will include:
Individualized daily training schedules. As outlined below.
Personal Information. Discussion of who we are as athlete and coach.
